At Shaggy's Copper Country Skis, we stand behind our Michigan-crafted equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance on the slopes. If your unused gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your skis or gear are in brand-new, unmounted, and resellable condition with all original packaging intact.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the provided label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our shop technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
